Alma Tonic

Ingredients

  • 5 clAlma Dry Gin
  • Ice
  • Tonic

Preparation

  1. Fill high ball glass with ice.
  2. Add the Alma gin.
  3. Top with tonic.
  4. Garnish with fresh grapefruit and rosemary.

Alma Sour

Our silky sour is a twist on the original and a real crowd pleaser to leave you wanting more.

Ingredients

  • 5 CLAlma Dry Gin
  • 1Egg White (optional)
  • 1/2Juice of a Lime
  • 5 CLJuice of Fresh Grapefruit
  • 1 CLAgave Syrup

Preparation

  1. Dry SHake
  2. Ice Shake
  3. Double Strain oVer ice
  4. Garnish with grapefruit slice and dash of bitters

Alma Spritz

Fruity, Fresh, and Fizzy ! Anytime is Alma spritz time.

Ingredients

  • 5 CLAlma Dry Gin
  • 2.5 CLElderflower
  • 3Raspberries
  • 1/2Juiced lime
  • 10 CLProsecco
  • Sparkling water

Preparation

  1. Shake gin, elderflower, lime juice, & raspberries with ice
  2. Double strain into a glass with ice
  3. Add prosecco
  4. Top with sparkling water

Almagroni

The Alma teams favorite, a classic with our soul combined. An outstanding pre-dinner cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 3 CLAlma Dry Gin
  • 3 CLCampari
  • 3 CLVermouth
  • Dash of grapefruit bitters

Preparation

  1. Stir all with ice
  2. Double strain over ice
  3. Garnish with grapefruit zest and rosemary
  4. Cold smoke with rosemary

Salty Sour

Citrus flavours and a pinch of salt make this cocktail refreshing and perfect to sip in the sunshine.
